clicking speakers

So this has been a on going on problem for a few months. I have re-ran new wires and even bought new amps(upgrades) as trying to solve the issue but no luck.

 

I am having speaker pop when turning on and off radio. When changing a cd, you can hear a click through speakers when ejecting cd and inserting new cd. click when moving power seats. Clicking turn signals. Clicking wipers. New RCAs have been installed. Power wire ran on passenger side. Front door speakers down the middle and rcas on driver side. I have switched ground in trunk to 3 locations with no luck. I have the big 4 down under the hood with 2/0 gauge. positive to alternator. negative to fender, negative to engine block and engine block to chassis. I just cant find out whats the issue. Maybe my old pioneer headunit is done? I have the RCA inputs ground behind the radio. That eliminates the engine noise but the pop and clicking still there.
