I'm building a box for 4 10s in an 08 Tahoe.  My dimensions 11"h x 48"w x 25"d.  My port is 9.5"×6"x18". That should put my running around 35hz with out sub displacement correct?

Do you have a double baffle?  How much power are you running?  You may be low on port area.

I can do a double baffle. And it will be a 1000.1 amp. On 4 kicker comp.  The low grade ones.  Black with the yellow stitching.

On that amount of power you should be fine.  Tuning looks to be around 35 Hz, like you said.
