cory4788
Hi, i have a 2005 jeep grand cherokee and im looking to upgrade the front speakers. I just picked up a Rockford Fosgate p400.4 to power them. The front doors have a 6x9 in them but there isnt a lot of dept so it makes options a little limited. Im not sure if i should possibly buy an adapter and go with a 6.5 instead? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

8ten8
The same could apply for a 6x9 or other sizes
Ryan Lynch
Spacer may very well be in order, otherwise Alpine's type R 6x9s are pretty shallow. I'd try to stick with 6x9s, just because you may lose some midbass going the other route.
