Dd1 on deck power

Right now i set the amp to max but lowered the bass control on my deck to -6 which gives me 20vlts at max volume then i jst raise it a little bit, depending on the song

That's fine. there's nothing wrong with being precautious. As long as you're happy with the final outcome, that's the important part. not all music is created equal, so that gives you plenty of headroom to work with since -6dB is a quarter of the power output
