Crazy 8s Drums Posted June 7, 2018 Report Share Posted June 7, 2018 The XTR2500.1 pulls about 390 amps to achieve it's CEA RMS wattage of 2770 at 1 ohm. You have basically four times that potential....close to 1600 amps that could be used at max volume. Your 320a alternator alone is not enough to handle that and you don't have enough battery to store enough potential. Here is a BigDWiz vid for comparison purposes... Crazy 8s Drums Posted June 7, 2018 Report Share Posted June 7, 2018 At max output of your amplifiers, you'll need about 1600 amps of fusing just for the two Orion 5ks. I included a link in my last post to a chart that speaks of the capabilities of different gauge wire. There is also a lot more to this than simply running cables to amps and grounding them. As we don't know how you have it set up now we can't suggest what you need to do to get your gear operating at its fullest potential. You might take pics of your wiring and other install bits, maybe create a thread in the 'members build' section of the site. Folks could then see what you have and make suggestions...
