Question about bridging 4 channel amps

I've heard of running two subwoofers in mono from a four channel amp bridged.  If I had two four channel amps, could I put the left side inputs into one amp and the right side inputs into the other and run four, four ohm midrange speakers in stereo?

Well without the model of the amp there is no telling because some 4 channel amps are not able to be bridged.

If you are talking about running the amps Tri-Mode which is running 2 channels stereo an one bridged then yes u can, but like I said without the model # an make of the amps it is hard to tell.

It's the dual walmart amp.  It says it's 80 watts x 4 channels @ 4 ohms,  120 watts x 4 channels @ 2 ohms and 240 watts x 2 channels bridged.  Could I buy another amp, and run two left side midrange speakers from one amp and two right side midrange speakers off the other?

If you are going to run 2 4 channel amps, why not use one of the amps both bridged connections and then the other as a 4 channel?

I was just wondering if I can get a left signal out of channels 1 and 3 bridged and a right signal out of channels 2 and 4 bridged, or will they both be mono?  I'll just try it and see what happens, probably easier that way,.
