I bought this router and have yet to even use it few weeks ago for a unrelated project and can't find the receipt or box to swap at the store for a larger router if needed so if you all tell me this little guy won't work for this job  I may have to buy a larger second router with a 1/2" shank.

project is to cut 7 rings of 3/4" MDF 12.875" outside and 11.25" inside.

making my own circle jig out of 1/8" polycarbonate.

Will my small router work?

any advice on best bit?

best speed?

how many passes for 3/4" ?

thanks
