Cool, I ordered the 6" port from parts express today. WinISD has the 6" port at 35m/s. I've been comparing the port lengths between WinISD and the precision port website. They calculate very close. Jbird61801
Thought I would do a little update to this thread. Big thanks to Mr. Gigawatts for the advice and help. My first ever box build so go easy on me. It's not perfection. Fun to build something though. Haven't put any power to it yet, but soon.

Dude, that’s super good! Good job! For real. Port would of done better at the bottom end instead of the top end. But no worries. It’s still gonna sound good. Thumbs up. “How can we help you?” “And don’t forget to tell them that the customer isn’t always right.”
Jbird61801
Cool, next time port at the bottom. I thought that because the trunk opened up a bit above the wheel arch, that would be the best for the port to breath
override
First time poster, occasional lurker. Came looking for advice and to see how others are doing Aero Port box's. I am looking to build a box similar to yours @Jbird61801 except I will likely be doing sub up/port side in the back of my sisters Rav4. So did you ever get power to this and what was the outcome? What I am working with so far: 12" Dropping Hz Hotel Series on 1500w @ 1 ohm Gross airspace - 2 ft>3 Net airspace - 1.7 ft>3 4" Aero Port @ 14" Tunded 34-35 hz I've read so many things about Aero Port box's and everyone I have seen so far doesn't follow some of the common laws that I have read or people have told me.
