Trevor TJ Witthoeft Posted May 21, 2020 Report Posted May 21, 2020 Hey I need help with my DD1. I have only used it a few time and had to be send it back to be fixed once already. Now it is acting like it was when I had to send it back the first time. I never can get it to pickup a signal. I emailed WCC but they won't fix it bc it's been over a year. But I have used it only 5 times after I got it back. Can anyone help me? Quote
reedal Posted June 4, 2020 Report Posted June 4, 2020 Replace the battery with a new and unused Energizer or Duracell battery for starters. And if you could record a video showing what you do from start to finish, it will be easy to see if there are any issues. As a side note, try using the speaker negative for your negative probe if the chassis ground doesn't work, or vice-versa if your manual has you do it that way already.
