There’s different options you can choose on that amp. You can choose the 1 ohm, 2 ohm or 4 ohm version.

I curently have a Infinity reference 1211a amp running 1300 rms to two  P3D2  12" subs in a sealed box. Would that Taramps amp at 2 ohms be better for the subs i have? Would that Taramps amp at 2 ohm be better for the subs I have?
