tequila
Hi guys, might be a weird question but I'm trying to any eliminate issues preparing my build. So I'm designing a box for my SA-12 v1 and was wondering what box and port placement would be best for a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer without any back seats. Basically the truck is all cargo area behind the front seats. A wooden frame was built behind the seats and it's been carpeted too. This leaves me room to put the enclosure anywhere I like. I have no restrictions but would like to have room left to put stuff so no crazy wall or 6 sub build ;-). I'm just scared for weird cancellation or other sound issues given there's only cargo area and nothing surrounding the enclosure. I've never put any kind of subwoofer in this truck. Should I be worried? Where should I put the box and fire the ports? How far away from the latch? Box would be 2cuft @ 31hz with 30sq² port area. Amp is set to 1000wrms at 1 ohm. Thanks in advance and any suggestions are welcome! Pic included of how it looks.
