Would there be a noticeable difference if for example with that 6" aero i had 4-5" away from the wall instead of 3"? thanks!

How far should an aero port be from the back wall of an enclosure? Would this be the same rule of thumb as a slot ported box, distance = width of the port? Ive been looking at going aero ported to save a little net size compared to L-Slot ported boxes.. Thanks

Okay so im ditching the SOLO X idea, cause there's no way im gonna get 5000watts in my little civic right now. (Electrical) Im in doubt between the 4 12's ported and 6 12's sealed. I want my stuff to be loud but sound good at the same time. (Flat response curve) Maybe i should get 6 12s and make a sealed box at first and when i change my mind make it a ported box? I want to know if the extra 2 12s' cone area would make a big difference! Thanks for the replies people!

Dont know how she did it, but its not uncommon for other people to get drinks. Also theres this huge bar with like 10 servants, and behind that people constantly pouring cups. The flow of booze demands are huge. Could be she was behind the counter? I dont know.

Ima keep it short, but what the fuck is this world coming to? I went to a drum & bass/dubstep party last night, with intentions of having a good time, dancing and enjoying the huge 18" subwoofers blasting tunes. Needless to say shit went bad reaaaaal fast. Noone knew at the time, but alot of party goers went sick and lost conciousness. Numerous ambulances came to take away people that were really GONE. I didnt understand, i thought it was just booze overdose.. Until me myself went really sick at around 2.30am, i had only drank 3 beers. I started puking uncontrollably, non stop. I was dizzy like crazy, my speech was extremely slurred, my girlfriend was saying i didnt look and speak as usual. I went home, barely making it (i was driving). And had the worst night of my life, i puked all night long until the next day till 12o clock noon. Green bile. How does this happen from just 3 beers? Turns out there was this CRAZY CHICK, putting GHB and PAINT THINNER in guy's drinks. Causing about 10 guys to be carried off in stretchers and alot of crazy people on the dance floor. What the fuck is wrong with people? Are they TRYING to kill someone? Im sorry for my rant, im just venting. It felt like i couldve died last night. It hurt so bad, im sure if i had stayed at that party any longer i wouldve gone with the ambulance as well. Peace Robin

34hz isnt too high at all. its all personal preference i guess. people call 33hz the most commonly used frequency.

I would opt for a ported box, way easier to make than a true bandpass box. Something around 4 to 5 cubes tuned at around 33hz would sound awesome. Use MDF with 0.75 thickness

Yup, noticed this too. When i first heard it i thought my sub was dying lol! Then i restarted the song and it was loud again. It's a shame though the song rocks

imo box tuning and size is key. i used to be tuned at 38hz and then dropped it to 33hz and it was crazy lower! i can imagine though that when u have an eighteen or even two or more that itll hit the lows either way
