Timmay77 Posted December 30, 2020 Report Share Posted December 30, 2020 I am looking to do a 4th order box in my 2016 BMW M6 with the port firing through the ski pass. The car already has the Bang and Olufsen sound system which has 2 under seat woofers that do fairly well. I just need something that gets SUPER low and has some more volume. The under seat woofers do not perform well under 45hz. I have tried using several different software programs, but I just do not have enough knowledge to understand what I am doing. Will the box be too big for what I am trying to do? I have a 2014 BMW 328 as my daily that I put an American Bass XFL1222 in a 2 cubft ported box tuned to 35hz powered with a Skar 1500 watt amp. It does very well. I was just hoping for something more refined for the M6. I really like the XFL woofer. cheap, stout, and really does well, but I am open to using just about any subwoofer....
