How could I gain on bass in a sedan with 1 #Soundqubed15?

I have a Volvo s80 mkI with 160A alt @ 14.5V.

2x100Ah AGMs and a 500F Maxwell ultracapacitor pack in the trunk.

1x Soundqubed HDX315D2 @ 1Ohm

Focus FX3000D set on 56V with a -5dB test tone

50mm2 (0awg) cable from alternator to trunk and grounds and between batteries.

75mm2 (00awg) cable to the amp straight from the capacitor for minimal voltage drops.

10mm2 (8awg) speaker cable soldered to the sub's own wires.

18mm (3/4") plywood glassfibered on both sides as the trunk floor.

I should bolt it to the car but there are no strong mounting points, it's just well fitted.

104 liter enclosure made from 27mm (1") plywood tuned to about 28-29Hz.

Just about 60 square inches of port area.

Sub and port firing back.

Now how could I most easily gain with this?

I have put sound dampening in the trunk and taken out all the cloth parts.

I have also deadened my front doors but will deaden the rear doors, floor and possibly roof in the summer.

The box is about as big as can fit through my trunk opening, barely.

The box height is the same as the subwoofers width.

I could maybe cut open my rear shelf and have another sub reverse mounted up.

But that is really reaching for it.

The amp should be able to give 4kW @ 0.5Ohms.

I have heard that putting a "surround" on the port should gain alot. Is this true? And how would I do it the best?

I have rounded off the port as much as I could on the inside.

I have 45s in all corners.

I have also bought some steel rod to stiffen up the box in the middle.

The sub is now on the opposite side from the port, should I have it closer to the port or in the middle?

The box was earlier tuned to like 20Hz and I did hair tricks and gave people head aches, but I wanted more musical bass.

I ripped the top open and adjusted the port. The opening is halfway behind the driver, which I know is bad.

I only put some sealing foam tape and screwed the top on, so modification shouldn't be "that" hard.

It now plays flat to 24Hz, but I feel like I could still play louder with one 15" on 3000 Watts.

But I don't want to tune it higher as I miss the real lows a little already.

This is an image with the earlier box. I increased the port area on the new one.
