jigglenuts Posted May 15, 2008 Report Posted May 15, 2008 i was wondering if anyone has played with any power acoustik amps. i was just lookin around at amps and seen the A3000Db and PS1-5500D just curious to see if they have ever been used. IF so how do they do and do they hold up.
Noobtastic14 Posted May 15, 2008 Report Posted May 15, 2008 i've seen the A3000Db compared to the Brutus Line by Hifonics, Bang for buck cheap amps that put out watts (although usually not rated with weak voltage) -Drew I am a United States Military Arts and Crafts Professional. Amp has been running strong for almost 4 years now, w/no problems.
Guest Caps Posted May 15, 2008 Report Posted May 15, 2008 those are the only two that i have liked, i run the 2400db now, and its not really worth more than 1600rms.
SteelCityGhost Posted May 15, 2008 Report Posted May 15, 2008 Well depending on your electrical system, that will determine what wattage you get out of them. With a stock electrical, you're probably looking at about 2000 rms. If you're running 16 volts or near it, you may get close to the rating they have listed, 2300 rms at 1 ohm.
