Layout questions on series 6th order

So my questions are out of the 2 designs I have for a 6th order is there any difference in layout? The first one being made like a horn on the inner chamber into the outer. First pic is without port wall middle is with. The last is a three chamber design how does this affect things? Does the design process change between the two as far as calculations go? Where the front chamber changes the tuning of the inner chamber how does this change when adding another chamber into it? Shouldn’t sound be able to transfer into all chambers built this way therefore mixing things up a lot? It will be 2 DDX 15D2s going inside at this time possibly up to 4 latter with same design. Vehicle is a 96 grand Cherokee as for power something like 2 smart bass 5k from tar amps or dual skv 4500.1 from SKAR.
