dr.db Posted May 30, 2008 Report Share Posted May 30, 2008 The resin putty was supposed to be delivered to my house this morning, and the guy called and said he would do it after work. so... i finished the outside of the box construction, and made a slight change to the design. i changed the front side of the top. the thin part of the design broke, so i just started cutting peices to make it the way i wanted it to look, and just came up with this Hey man just a question....do ya have a router...if yes I have a trick that will save you a ton of time doing the cut and shit around the port...........looking good so far Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It would make the box stronger, but glassing the inside should make it strong enough. 01tahoeman Posted May 30, 2008 Author Report Share Posted May 30, 2008 the sub holes are too small, i had to do a lot of dringing tonight, and they still dont fit. 13-3/4" is not enough for the subs, im at almost 14" now and its still rubbing.
