I've got some work in a closely related industry called telematics. You'll have to travel a lot, and I don't offer benefits (hopefully soon I will) but the pay is good. You must know how to use a multi-meter and have basic automotive tools. Experience disassembling auto interiors is a huge plus. Also you will need a reliable vehicle. Doesn't need to be a van or truck, but a subcompact won't work either. A small SUV is great. We work in the Midwest, from CO to KY, WI to TX. Generally I try to keep you as close to home as I can. You will likely be almost completely independent once we roll you out, so expect the good and the bad with that fact.
