4thgenram Posted September 6, 2024 Report Posted September 6, 2024 Trying to run 4 sundown sa classic 12’s in a blow though, I have a 2011 dodge ram so there’s not any room for halfway decent subs without plopping them on my back seat like they are now, now I’m not sure if the 6th order or a 4th order is they way to go so I need some advice on that, also looking to see if somebody on here has access to the software to design a box for me a supply me with a build sheet, I will get all the specs for the subs and space available in the bed and post those just in case somebody wants to help. Thanks in advance!
Readbeard Pro Car Audio Posted September 8, 2024 Report Posted September 8, 2024 For those you want speced cubic feet ported box possible larger. Maybe 4 across or 2 and 2 in seperate boxes so can lift. You can go a tad larger than speed cubic feet. Get box designer to do you a build cutsheet and design or buy gately 4 12" box or 2 boxes. Gamely makes nice boxes but a q bomb 2 12s would work with 2 boxes or you can get sealed 3 subwoofer box and put it in middle. It won't slap as hard as ported but with sa subs they can't handle much and smaller magnets. Really depends on a lot of stuff.
