JBL Basspro Nano is causing a parasitic battery drain despite being off. JBL tech says this is normal?

The nano turns off with ignition switch or HU off. LED light goes out and all appears fine. I noticed about 2 weeks after install that my batter was drained. It's brand new battery I purchased last July. I jumpstart it, think little of it and go to work. After work it's dead again. And again and again so I put the charger on it for a full charge. Again, 2 weeks later it's dead.

 

I did the test shown in pics. With the JBL Fuse in place I saw a 172.2 ma draw. According to Google, it should read 20 to 50 ma and if it's higher then you have a parasitic drain. So since it started after I installed the JBL, I took out the fuse on the unit and I got the second pic reading of 22.9 which again, according to online that's normal. Also I should point out that I have 2 Kicker Key amplifiers installed so with both of those together I'm still only drawing 22.9 ma. 

 

I got ahold of JBL tech support and they sent me this reply "Based on your description, it appears that your JBL BassPro Nano is functioning as intended. The 172.2 milliamps (0.172 amps) you are observing is the current it draws while in standby mode. This is typical behavior for many audio components, including subs, that remain connected when the vehicle is off."

 

So if this is "normal" then the tech guy didn't observe that 22.9 milliamps of that 172.2 is everything else in my vehicle which means that the Nano is drawing 149.3 but that's not what this tech is saying, he said 172.2 is the current it draws in standbye which sounds to me like he doesn't really know what the actual current it really draws when off. He mentions "standbye" mode but it's on a wire so shouldn't it be switching the internal amp completely off? Both my Kicker amps together don't pull that much.

 

So unless I'm doing something wrong on my part but I'm just following a youtube guide on measuring parasitic draw. So far I have not had to jumpstart my car but I had it fully charged so it may be another week and a half until I know for sure but as of now I have the JBL fuse pulled and only drawing 22 milliamps. Is 172.2 really that high of a draw on a battery?

I have a battery tester and it's reading great. Battery is rated for 370 CCA's and I got 400 CCA's when measured and did both ways, disconnected and connected while starting the car.

 

So what do you guys think?
