Help with enclosure for AA mayhem 12"

ive designed quite a few enclosures and done a few mid 140's but i know enough to know i dont know everything so figured i'd drop a thread and see if anyone has some ideas for enclosures. 

I would like to keep the height at or under 16, width under 26 and depth under 26. 

I would like sub back port back
I would prefer slot port for cost reasons but i'm not opposed to round/aero ports

car is 96 dodge stratus

amp is skar SK2500 at .5

sub is Ascendant audio mayhem 12 rated at 2500

electrical will be a singer 330 amp alt with stock front battery and g34 agm in rear.
