When you start figuring in the lil xtras like wiring, batteries, alternator, etc. that money disappears quickly. Most people also forget to figure the cost of a nice box. I know I have a good $1200-1300 in just the electrical in my Expo and it still has the stock alternator. Also there's no way I'd build a box like mine for any less than $300 & its really pretty basic. What I'm getting at is to really think hard about your budget and how far its actually going to take you.

Good cause if you get those subs & amps you're going to need a good box & decent electrical to handle it. You have some good plans for a nice ground pounder. I see you're in NC. Maybe one weekend you can make it down to one of our comps in SC. There's one at Border Motorsports in Dillon, SC coming up June 21st. Thats close to NC.
