Derrick824 Posted June 5, 2008 Report Share Posted June 5, 2008 When you start figuring in the lil xtras like wiring, batteries, alternator, etc. that money disappears quickly. Most people also forget to figure the cost of a nice box. I know I have a good $1200-1300 in just the electrical in my Expo and it still has the stock alternator. Also there's no way I'd build a box like mine for any less than $300 & its really pretty basic. You have some good plans for a nice ground pounder. I see you're in NC. Maybe one weekend you can make it down to one of our comps in SC.
