Nate197
I was thinking about getting two fi btl 18's but, with the amp I have now it will only be pushing 1600 watts rms a sub (3200 watts rms total). I wanted to use the amp I have for now and upgrade to a bigger amp in the future. My question is will 1600 watts rms push the btl's and if it could what size enclosure would I want to build a larger enclosure or a smaller one. I am looking to tune it in the low thirty's for a daily setup. Thanks
A&W ROOTBEER
whynot do a 1 sub setup with 3200 watts going into the btl then down the line buy another amp and sub
Nate197
whynot do a 1 sub setup with 3200 watts going into the btl then down the line buy another amp and sub I was thinking about underpowering the two subs for awhile and then upgrading the amp after I get use to how these subs sound and work. I also have never heard anything this loud so I am not exactly sure how they are suppose to sound and operate. Also I did not want to have to make another box in a couple months.
