impala4life Posted June 7, 2008 Report Share Posted June 7, 2008 When you change an audio file to an mp3 is compresses the file thats why the sound waves change. All that happened is the song got louder. The taller the sound waves the louder it will be, the smaller the sound wave the quieter it will be. If you want it as identical as possible after you convert it, try adjusting the volume on the track. Its been awhile since i mixed music so bare with me. What program is that?
