Then i made three holes for the ports. Then i took some pvc pipe couplings and measured the depth of it. I took that number and added the thickness of the wood to it. Then i took a 10ft pvc pipe and cut the length i had just calculated. I put the coupling on the small piece i cut out and stuck in the hole. The port sits flush with wood.(ports are shooting outside of the box) Then i took the total port length for my ports and subtracted what i had already cut and put that on the other end of the coupling. I now got a box tuned to 30Hz. Then when i compete i just switch the ports out with the shorter ports i have. Theres prolly an easier and better way but this works.
