Would rolling this on before using sound deadener help with the deadening?

Would like Dynamat stick to it after it dries?

i would put the dynamat on first if i was gunna do it but i think dynamat makes stuff in a bucket u can put on thats susposto be like bed liner, but ied do it that way cause i think bed liners made so stuff dont stick to it, ied put it over dynamat when i put it on should stick
