I have a bench seat I have been thinking about replacing my bucket seats with, but it is in serious need of being reupholstered. Does anyone have any insight into what this might cost? I have had the bench for quite a while, and have always wanted to get it recovered in vinyl, and tweed, but dont know what kind of cost I would be looking at.

Oh, and I am ust talking about a normal reupholstery, nothing extravagant. At most I would like tuck and roll, but that is it.

depends on fabric. go down obt and look for an upholstery shop. I would say 300 and up.

300 was about what I was thinking, but it never hurts to ask.

Yeah Justin...In your area there should be plenty of upholsterers...which means competition...which means lower prices for the most part...lol

I wouldn't pay much more than 250 for anything but leather.

A half-wit gave you a piece of his mind, and you held on to it.

True. I was talking to Tommy with the dually and he paid 300 for his back bench in all tweed plus the guy shaved the arm rest.

thats whats better about vynle. it comes in more colors than leather also comes in a marine style which is alot stronger than regular vynle, longer life for the looks of your seat.
