KICKERKX1200 Posted July 15, 2008 Report Posted July 15, 2008 i am installing a kenwood dnx8120 in a ford edge. i am also installing a PAC swi-jack for the steering wheel controls. in the directions it says to cut jumper and put in a 100ohm resistor from purple wire to white wire. the question is this, the kit does not have a 100ohm resistor only ones close is a 47ohm and 150ohm so which one do i use. thanks
jmsonoma03 Posted July 15, 2008 Report Posted July 15, 2008 if it didnt come with one go to radio shack and buy one.

jmsonoma03 Posted July 15, 2008 Report Posted July 15, 2008 if the instructions say 100ohm it should come with one but you can try them but i dont think they wold work a tolerance is a little above or below might work but it has to be close to 100ohm.
