GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE would buy from them again in an instant and recommend to all my friends (which i'm doing now) had a payment issue and received a phone call within hours of placing order and got it straightened out in time to ship that day Alt was refurbed to amazing condition and ran strong for several weeks. eventually during an off-road camping trip the alt failed and i sent it back for warranty (not sure what happened, but it was very brutal conditions out there) slight delay in response- but once the situation was clear he had a new alt out on priority and got it within two days.
