Sufficient Power For My Amps?

Should be recieving my T20001bd next week and wondering if this will be enough. I currently have a Powermaster 150amp alt, 2 Optima redtops one under hood(I know know not good for second battery), 1/0 big 3 & 1/0 pos.+neg. If I replace the back battery with an hc2400, d3100 or possibly a d31optima should that be enough?
