lol sure thing man lolyea the put it in there for som reasson and i went to start the car up and it wouldnt turn over cuz the packed all the cylinders with oil lucky i didnt ben a rod

Unfortunately, I do not have any documentation on the quadrajet 650 that you mentioned, but most carbs work the same way.  You have a high side and a low side needle.  your low side needle should unscrew outwards, thus giving you more fuel.  You want to just play with that screw until you get a good smooth idle.  But you want to adjust it really slowly, like a 1/4 turn at a time, unless you know someone that is good at adjusting carbs.  Once you can get a smooth idle and keep the car running, then get it down to a mechanic and have them adjust the high side and fine tune it.  There really is an art to adjusting carbs and I in no way am a carb expert.  I leave that work to the pro's.
