Enclosure In Trunk

i have a 95 cutlass that i have taken the back seat completely ouf of im wanting to hang a sheet of mdf and fiberglass it where the back seat used to go. and the sub will be mounted where the seat was. the front of the sub you will see in the back and the back of it will be in the trunk. what do i need to do for the back of it enclosure wise?? can i just leave it bear or can i like just take my current enclousre and mount it to the mdf ??
