Need Help Hooking Amp Up

I have a Alpine 9886 stereo and on the back it has red and white plug in for "sw", red and white plug in for "r" , and red n white plug in for "f". on my hifonics brutus 2608 i have input of left and right, and a output of left n right. Where do my rca cables go?s

use the sub out l & r on the deck and connect them to the input l & r on the amp

all it shows on the amp is a input of left and right. If i hook the red up to the red plugin for the cd player and the black to the white on the cd players. Where does the red go on the amp? Left or right side
