briankarmilowicz Posted September 3, 2008 Report Posted September 3, 2008 Hey, i have kind of a dumb question. when building a box and using a slot port (ie using 3 sides of the box as a port) do you figure the length of the box that also acts as the port into your tuning? for example when i punch a 6 cube box in using a slot port it tells me to make it 20 inches, would i just cut one 20 inch piece of wood for the port or do i have to factor in the box length as well(say the box is 25" inches deep) thanks in advance and for your time guys!
