Box Frequency Question

Recommended Posts

ok i need some help with the frequency of my sub box. its already been built but i want to know what the frequency is. i cant find a frequency calculator that will tell me. my port lengths are 8 inchs. and the ports are 2 3/4 inch's in diameter from the inside. the box has two chambers and there are 2 ports per chamber. any help would be greatly apreciated. thanks in advance

And far as the best connection ever.......

get a huge fucking battery, cut the top off, drop an alt in there and then pour all that into your big amplifier. or just smelt them all together.

you need to know the volume of each chamber, then you can calulate it out.

My System:

Pioneer AVH-P3200BT

4-Dayton 7 inch reference series (front doors)

8-Onkyo 3/4 inch tweeters (dash)

1-Sundown Audio 100.4D (mids/highs)

2-18" BTL's (for now)

Crescendo 3kwp (for sale)

Complete rebuild coming soon...

the box its self is 16 x 17 x 32 from the outside. and its 3/4 inch particle board. so that would make the chambers..... 15 3/4 x 15 1/4 x 16 1/4??
