CUT BUDDY Posted September 20, 2008 Author Report Posted September 20, 2008 A little trick is to try to leave them on the panel for as long as you can...to prevent warping...but hey a .25 inch aint bad..appreciate the pm bro. I went out for a few nminutes and did a lil more sanding. I might be able to cut out a tracing of cardboard on the rear edge. Paste it to the mold and glass it. It would make a coupling effect on the back to fill in that gap and give me something to tuck the vinyl under. TEAM MechMan Alternators

raytard Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 did you sprayglue the glass to the fleece and then saturate it with resin? alot of people paint resin to the fleece then stick the glass to the resin and then dab to saturate and remove bubbles, looking at yours it kinda looks weird.
