Left Speaker Works Right Doesnt

I got 2007 chevy cobalt, all stock shit.

The left component speaker plays fine, but the right speaker doesn't turn on I use an I-pod and the right speaker will turn on at random and than shut off. I have no subs, but the amp is still connected, I know the speaker isn't blown something is sorting it out. I checked the Rca's & remote wire it all works so what could be the cause of the problem? this didn't happen until my subwoofers tensils burned in half. I'm going to disconnect the amp later today and and just put it in storage until I get my subwoofers fixed. I got all the settings on the amp set to 0 including subsonic filter.

Any advice would be welcomed because I don't like having my car half loud let alone with no BASS.

Edit: nvm, I fixed it I took the amp out, and the radio settings was set to manual, I switched it to Rock and they both work now.
