Frozenbritches Posted September 22, 2008 Report Posted September 22, 2008 Is it possible that my bass control knob shorted out and helped fried my amp? Just wanting to know so that I do not blow my next amp...as far as what happened to the first it blew up one night and fried the fuse..replaced the fuse, my second amp is on the SAME power line and it's even behind the fuse. That second amp is still working but the first is done..so I assume it was a flaw in the amp and that this second one should work very well Also, what is the best way to connect an amp without stressing it out??..as in, what wires should be connected at the time of inserting the power wire 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Hifonics Brutus Bxi2607D (FRIED...saving for ZX2500.1) 2 15" 07 L7's ported at 32hz Xplod POS for the MIDS, which are Memphis
