You want to see the ocean, and have some time to kill. 1200 in the bank and I am gonna guess the check is maybe 300.

So for 1500 max, I would suggest Tampa. Lots of good bars, the beach is fucking beautiful, as are the women. Also the night scene is terrific and there is lots of parks still open.
