Its no different then modding a amp, it voids warenty. or evening opening up a amp which voids manufactures warrenty Warentys are there to not only protect the consumer from getting damaged goods, but also protecting the company. It is programmed by google, designed by htc. An it has flash memory and the biggest minisd card you can get is a 16gb. So they consider it a iphone killer.
