Beanz
that clipping may mean to turn the gain on you bd amp down. Quote That's why they don't deliver. Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait. You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do. paco
Yeah I found out that the dawm amp is clipping. I had my older brother who is a mechomtronics graduate come over and look at everything, he gave me the whole rundown. Basically everything you guys have posted is what he said. He thinks the L7 is too much for the BD1000 and told me to leave those amps for another set up. thanx for your input guys, you saved me from burning my amps and speakers Quote 1996 Impala, just a weekend toy Molesting the wicked streets of chitown (next in line for sounds) 2006 Corolla...current audio head ache and money pit Alpine cda 9881 head unit pioneer 6x9's Hiphonics 6.5 components power acustik tweeters Not installed but in the to install list: Hifonics Brutus BXI 2080D 2600 watts rms 2 12" Kicker L7's Dual 4 ohm subs wired at 2 ohms each = 1 ohm load 0 gauge wire, MLA module
