It has a mounting foot so you can mount it in a variety of positions, however it does not come with any kind of headrest mounting plate. It has 1 video input and 1 video output to go to another screen if desired. It also comes with a remote and the instructions. It has never been installed however it has been bench tested to make sure it works. I'm asking $40 shipped to your doorstep. If you have questions feel free to ask.
