David Posted January 18, 2007 Report Share Posted January 18, 2007 yea, basicly you download load a full back up of the database, once you have that, you create a new mysql database on your new server and upload the back up into the Db make sure they have the same name and PW otherwise it wont work. its been a while since I have done it, (webhost transfering) try that, if you cant get it, post back here and I will do it for you (you'll have to give me server access) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Grtrat1 Posted January 20, 2007 Author Report Share Posted January 20, 2007 The shout box is double installed in some of the php files. It wont let me uninstall it. I get errors in the index.php and the modsettings.php. I took all the double instances out fo the modsettings.php and it still doesnt work. I dont know what to look for in the index.php page.
