I actually took a paycut already though. Also took on a new title so hopefully they give me a little back for it. I doubt it but it would be nice. nice thing is i get lots of OT ill get 12 hrs this week for hopefully doing nothing. just being available. and as of today ill have at least 19 hrs ot at 47 and change an hr. its nice but takes alot out of you.
