We used Silver base coat here. and After the first coat of Kandy Cobalt blue. After the 4th coat of kandy.. and After 5 coats of kandy and 3 coats of clear later.... this is what it looks like.. I decided to attempt making one of the side panels... i know people use fleece, but i just used a cotton material that was just laying around in the garage.. hope it works....
