Best Way To Covert Music Mp4 Back To Mp3?

I am installing an old school Rockford Fosgate Omnifi DMP1 with 20 gb hardrive into my PT.

My problem is that all my music on my laptop is currently managed and stored in iTunes which is MP4 AAC format.

The DMP1 will not recognize MP4 so I need a good program that will convert back to MP3 and keep all the artist/album/song title info intact.

Any ideas?

Did you buy the songs on iTunes? If so, then the only way would be to burn onto a CD and then to reimport, because of the DRM. If not than iTunes can actually convert all the tracks for you. It should be in the "import" settings tab. Just change it to MP3 (with all the settings), then right click on all yours songs and it should say "convert to MP3." Hope this helps.
