Mazda 3 Highoutput Alternator.

Recommended Posts

Ok so my friend has a 2005 mazda 3, with the 2.3lt engine...

He has 2 Cadence Daytona 12's on a MTX 9200, I think his birthsheet said 3700 watts at 1 ohm or something like that..

Thing is though he needs a high output alternator...he has 2 yellow tops already with 0/1 leads on them...no big 3 yet, planning on doing that when we get an alt...

I can't seem to find one though...any help guys?

I'm pretty sure he can get you one if you can't find one anywhere. I have one of his alts, couldn't be happier.

x2 Call Robbie, all his alts aren't listed on the site yet. If he doesn't have one for your car, chances are he'll make one.

Thanks guys. I'll be sure to check both those out...

We build either a 180 amp or a 200 amp for the Mazda 3's... We can build bigger, but because of pulley ratio's and stupid ass way the Mazda PCM's control the alt I wont sell anything higher output even though we can build them.. It's one of those cars (and very rare times) that even when we can build something big, we wont... Just plain not a good idea to go over 200 amps on that car.... Rob
