Reconmended Enclosure Size... Seems Weird To Me

the smallest ported enclosure for two 12's is 3.5ft^3

ima be running four of them

so four 12's at a minimum of 7ft^3...?

for example, for DC Lvl 2 12's, the smallest they say is 2.5ft^3 and biggest they reconmend is 3ft^3 which is still under memphis's minimum

just kinda seemed big to me, idk though

obviously it's what memphis reconmends but how much space would you give these guys?

also how much port area do you think they'd like? im going for around 35hz.

For "daily" listening, 6 to 6.5 cubes with three or four Precision ports or somewhere around 90 square inches of slot port would be fine.

awesome, that's another thing, i've never used precision ports but i'd love to try them out, if i went four precision ports, how big do you think they should be? like i said i have no expierence with them, but i'd like to learn. i'd think to go with four 4" ports but idk

Four full length ports in a 6 cubic foot box is around 33 to 34 hz or so.

psp-inc.com say 6 cubes and four ports is 34.5 hz
