audioman21
Did some searching but couldn't find anything that helps so..... I have a JVC deck that already has 5volt outputs, so would adding an eq benefit me in any way? I mean I already got the good output voltage so that leaves the extra tuning ability from one. With that being said is buying one worth it?
The Loud One
I use an eq in every system. Cars are not an ideal listening environment. An eq will help correct for acoustical characteristics found in automobiles.

Audioguy564
if you get an eq make sure it can handle 5v input or you will clip the input and will sound bad.
