Got pulled over for speeding, normally Muncie Cops don't care if u r doing 39 on one of our main streets (its a 4 lane and 30mph) but i passed a state trooper and he pulled me over, gave me a ticket for that and not only that gave me a sound violation.. so the speeding ticket is $130 (damn court fees) and since its my 2nd sound violation its $95.. so total I have $225 due withing the next month.
